Default Seltzer

I did a search for this topic and didn't find much so sorry if this has already been discussed.

Last year I did away with diet soda and all artificial sweeteners and haven't looked back in over a year (pat on the back) But I did miss the fizz and switched to seltzer. Is this bad for you? I usually drink it instead of water. Thanks for the feedback.

I don't have any scientific proof or anything but i think it's fine! Just water with bubbles! In Germany they drink seltzer all the time and hardly ever drink flat water and i have never heard anything that says it's bad for you. I love club soda and drink it all the time. Try putting a couple of raspberries in and mushing them around to switch it up a little! Yum.

I often have it with lemon for a little zing. But I see that it has sodium in it... is that enough to cause a sodium problem?
