I've looked through the FS book, and the only reference to "pork" I see is Bacon. Considering you can get lean cuts of pork, wouldn't it be safe to assume that 4 oz of lean pork would be acceptable? With that being said, what about other meats, such as lamb, rabbit, etc? Any ideas anyone? I appreciate your input!
I dunno...I don't eat the meats you mentioned for the most part. My sister eats pork tenderloin and swears it is just as lean as chicken breast. The best way to know would be to research the nutrients in the cuts you would like to eat and see how they stack up against the fish and the chicken that you already know is allowed...and if they are comparable, give them a try.
