Default WW Questions

So I am going to try WW, actually my own bootleg version, I don't have the money for meetings but I think I have the concept down. I wasn't going to start until next week, when I go grocery shopping. I recognized I was making excuses so I said piss on it, I'll start tomorrow (today) and do the best with what I have until next week.

So here are my questions:

I have found my points I need, and a point calculator....I actually WANT to use all my points right? Im assuming it's good for my metabolism

Also, until I get some new food, fir right now in a pinch it doesn't matter what I eat as long as it is in my points?

The answer is yes to BOTH of your questions...You want to use the whole amount of points in your range... Yes, you can eat what you want... The name of the game is to eat better for you food (lower points) Make sure you get in a least a half hour of exercise every day... Now get to the store and get some HEALTHY food : )

You can eat anything you want but you must get the 9 HGs in every day, too.

You need to eat all your points. You can eat anything you want as long as you follow the good health guidelines: eat veggies, dairy, healthy fat, liquids, lean protein, and whole wheat (but that doesn't mean everything you eat HAS to fit in there. Just make sure they get in your belly before the day is up).

Thanks everyone, it truly is more food than I expected. But then again, I am use to starving myself (desperation) or binging on fats and protein (Atkins) so I guess being able to eat bread and drink milk (skim) is a very new concept for me
