First of all, hello to everyone! i'm new and this is my first time trying a diet with an on-line support group! i look forward to seeing everyone at the finish line!
i'm doing the 4-Day diet but i don't see much chatter about it. i have a couple of questions and not sure if they pertain to this forum.
1. Do i HAVE to drink the coffee? Not sure if there's some kind of metabolic reason the coffee is included.
2. Am i the only one REALLY hungry? i do the cardio specified in the book, but i also chase 2 kids all day. i feel like i'm not eating enough to maintain my energy! While hubby was playing with the kids last night i went up to take a nap around 8 & didn't wake up until the morning!!
Hmmm... now i wonder if THAT'S why the coffee is suggested?!
