Okay folks. Just curious what you would do for exercise on a weekend away.
I am going with some friends to the lake. Taking my kids.
I will be staying in a house by the lake, but I'm not familiar with the area and I don't want to be rude and take off.
I'm sure we are going to be pretty active chasing the kids around, but I really don't feel like I'm doing my part unless I do some type of "real" exercising.
1st goal - get UNDER 200!!!
