My sleeping hours are sooooo crazy! One day, I'll go to bed at 12am and wake up at 7:30am, then the next night, I wont go to bed 'til 3 am and wake up at 1 or 2 PM. It's not that I "just don't go to bed" it's that I 'just can't go to sleep'
I am on the 3-hour diet, which means, sometime I have to eat late at night to get my daily calories in. Any advice on how to "go to sleep"?
