I hate it. Felt it coming Sunday night, and now I am sniffling and my eyes are dripping. No fever. Just a stupid head cold.
I was definitely not ready to go on the treadmill for my C25K workout.
Maybe I'll do some weights/resistance training at home tonight.
And have an extra spicy bowl of brown rice and homemade Thai food with some fresh ginger sprinkled on top.
But what do you do when you have a cold?
