Weight Fluctuations Help
Hey guys, for about the past three weeks I've been having some irregularity with my weight loss. I am still following things P.O.P, except for some reason I now gain weight or stay the same. I am eating the same things I've always done, and I even exercise 20-30 mins a day, but my body just cant seem to burn off what i eat, and lose some lbs. What should i do, to kinda just kinda keep on losing weight regularly.
