Default Weight Fluctuations Help

Hey guys, for about the past three weeks I've been having some irregularity with my weight loss. I am still following things P.O.P, except for some reason I now gain weight or stay the same. I am eating the same things I've always done, and I even exercise 20-30 mins a day, but my body just cant seem to burn off what i eat, and lose some lbs. What should i do, to kinda just kinda keep on losing weight regularly.

Sammy08, You are probably just having a bit of a plateau and maybe also have eaten some salty foods that make it appear that you've gained. I can gain 7 pounds in a day from eating salty foods, so you have to watch the sodium content or you will be surprised at the scale. Plateaus are normal, but they do really annoy most dieters. Sometimes our bodies just pause for a time before going on to lose. Especially if we've added in exercise recently too. Really try to measure and be sure you are following carefully, and sometimes you may just be at the point where you need to drop down a plan.
