Wink NSV (No Scale Victories) for April

Hey Guys!

I love that we celebrate NSV's every once in a while and I think we need to do it more to motivate ourselves. Examples are saying no to cookies or cake at the office, or fitting into smaller size, or walking an extra mile, etc.! It can be anything!!!

So, I will start things off!!

I got a coffee at Starbucks today, regular house blend small, and added Splenda and FF milk. That in itself is a NSV as I wanted half and half and sugar, but I did NOT get a pastry to go with it as I REALLY wanted.

Amy, I love the new picture too. Your face looks much thinner!
I discovered that the caffe misto, non fat has 68 calories for a tall, so that is my new starbucks spluge... I count it as half a dairy.

I haven't caved either! I have 3 little boys easter baskets filled with great chocolate calling me- no screaming- at me from the pantry. All I keep thinking is, "a moment on the lips...."
