Default Please critique my meal plan =)

Hi there! I posted a message below regarding calories intake and got really great responses so I would like to post my meal plan for you guess to critique to see whether I need to add or take out something. Anyway, I have been pretty consistent sticking with my meal plan, sometime I just treat myself to a small piece of chocolate or small 50 cal snack! Ok here goes:

Breakfast:
Wonton soup or other soup
Steamed Broccoli
1 Nectarine (snack during class)

Lunch 12pm
1 grilled chicken breast 3-4oz (i made myself) with steamed broccoli
A plate of spring mix salad with grape tomatoes, no dressing
(bring an extra fruit to snack during class if needed)

Dinner: 5pm
1 grilled chicken with steamed broccoli
An apple or cantalope

Late Dinner 8pm
1 cup of soup (Amy's lentil or minestrone)
Salad with tomatoes
fruit

Thanks

Well, it sounds healthy. As far as calories go, I'd have to add them up individually to see if they're making a balanced calorie day (it even looks like you might have too few calories, depending on how much you're getting from the fruit/veggies). I might recommend oatmeal or something with lots of fiber for breakfast. It really starts of a day right, while soup might leave something to be desired.

You're eating a lot of fruit- which can be a good thing, but it might be a bit too much if you're worried about the sugar. It can really add up and affect your mood and your hunger greatly. A few hours after you eat fruit, you'll need to eat again (sugar crash)- this gets worse if you eat fruit at every meal. I don't know if you watch the biggest loser, but bob doesn't even allow his team to eat any natural sugar (fruits) at first.

Try to eat about 1-2 servings of fruit and the rest in veggies, if you can?
Also, carbs would definately make you feel more satisfied during the day, especially if you choose carbs with a low GI.
