OK is that a marketing ploy or what, doesn't everybody want a flat belly? And can I keep my hands off of diet books?
Couldn't resist getting a copy at my library despite thinking that "diet book diets" don't really work.
Natch it's very intriguing with tons of success stories etc etc.
Has anybody tried it? I like most of the food on it and of course being Prevention it's super healthy though some of the portions (1/8 cup of pasta?) sound pretty tiny.
I was all set to try the four day start up until I saw: NO COFFEE!! NOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! WHY???
I am one of those people that is not very nice without coffee. I don't know if my marriage would survive four coffee free mornings, LOL!
Anyway out of curiosity -- anybody tried it??
