I really have an issue with planning out healthy meals for myself. I always use the old excuse of having no time, with two kids under two. I guess I don't kno any quick and easy meals that are considered healthy other then chicken salad and veggies.
I normally make quick meals for dinner, like spaghetti, chicken and rice, or potatoes and veg, stir fry with beef, chicken or shrimp, taco meals, quesadilla meals. The odd time I'll make a roast of pork, or beef.
I am just wondering if anyone has an quick meal ideas for dinners just for me that are geared to weightloss and less carby/fatty.
As well as tips for staying organized with food and diet. I am sooooooo disorganized!!
