Colored plans are the original plans given out by lawl. They made changes and came out with the new numbered plans. They say the numbered ones are more balanced and the proportions are better, but who's to say really. Alot of the women here who are doing it on their own without a center are using their old plans because it is what they know and it has worked for them in the past. Stick to what you were given and you will do GREAT!
