Well, I stuck to plan pretty well this week but I did miss a couple of days of exercise do to a coupler of long work days running around to meetings and such. I knew how fast the pounds were comming off was going to slow down. I stayed the same this week but over the first 4 weeks/month of this plan I lost 23lbs and 4". Felling pretty good about that. Going to make sure I don't miss any exercise this week and also am going to add some strength training.
Same here with the food...... no exercise because it was month end close. I will add the exercise back in starting today. I am down a half of a pound. I just lose way too slow.....but it isn't about the numbers on the scales but how I feel.
