I love the Luna bars.. they always have new ones too! My new favorite is Peanut Honey Pretzel!! YUM! They are pretty comparable. When I went to the center.. I used Luna's not Lites and still lost 50 lbs!!

I received my shipment of Grab1 Caramel Crunch bars today. I usually have my second bar of the day after dinner, but I decided to have it earlier to try the new flavor. I got some "real" LAWL Caramel Crunch bars last week, and the Grab1 bars taste like the bars I used to love from the center. The "real" bars were too sweet and chewy. I read on the site that the company was started by people who had been left in the lurch when their centers had closed, and had no way to get their bars.

I also bought a case (they come in boxes of 20) of a new flavor, which has berries and a vanilla coating. I am hoping they'll be a good "morning bar," like the old LAWL Fruit&Oat bars. I'll try them out tomorrow.

These are cost-effective and taste like the lites I got when I was a paying customer at a center. So far, I have been staying on program. I kept trying diets because I couldn't have LAWL. I decided to grow up, get out my LAWL plan materials, and do what helped me lose 67 pounds six years ago.

I tried the berry Grab1 bars, and they're my first disappointment. Way too sweet, and the appearance is like when blueberries are mixed with anything white---just a weird pinkish blue color. It even shows underneath the vanilla coating, which makes it look rather off-putting.

I will be sticking with the Caramel Crunch and Caramel Deluxe flavors.
