Default 2 Questions

First, is anyone else using Jillian Michael's "Winning by Losing" book as a guide? If so, any suggestions on calorie intake would be greatly appreciated...I'm stumped.

Also, has anyone tried phenterimine? (No clue if I spelled that right). I did at one point, and I'm having a horrible time losing weight now...I was wondering if it might have done something to my metabolism.

I did buy the book, and it is wonderfully written. I have applied the journaling, to pinpoint what creates my emotional eating. I do this by way of a blog (it's easier than paper). Also regarding calories, I know she writes this in there, but I haven't read the recently, so I don't know the exact number. I believe it's 9. Anway, you multiply that number by your weight to see your daily calorie intake.

I too have a slower metabolism and I have found good nutrients (I take Zoe) or vitamins, plus eating healthy vegetables, fruits, along with some exercise is enough to kick in your metabolism. This will help your metabolism naturally instead of a drug.

Hope this helps.

Phentermine won't affect your metabolism, its a appetite suppressant so it is supposed to help you eat less.
