Is anyone else doing "Let's Do Lunch"?

Yes, it is!
 

It's called that because your main meal is lunch instead of supper (or "dinner" for some). You eliminate refined flours and sugars - skip the bread and potatoes. You can, however, eat all the approved foods until full.:)

For anyone who might be interested, they do have an "official" website. I don't have 25 posts yet, so I can't post the link, but it is easy to find with a Google search.

I have found it very easy to follow and not expensive to do...and of course, the best part is that I've lost 8.5 pounds!
