starting tomorrow.. here's my plan
0700- wake, take temp, MEDS
0705- bathroom, wash face, brush teeth 0715- walk to transportation center, then to familia.. buy 1 fruit and a yogurt 0800- be home; eat breakfast. 0810- online 1030- drink metamucil (fiber) 1200- do exercise videos/jump rope/exercises/football 1300- eat what mom made for lunch 1315- online/study 1500- eat a fruit 1530- walk to transportation center and back (buy meat if needed; weekend 1 soda or fruit juice) 1615- clean room/shower, online 1745- prepare salad with tuna or chicken 1800- eat dinner 1830- be with omar in office or talk with abir 1900- MEDS, 2000- call family? 2130- drink half packet of protein drink 2200- Bed not quite sure what else i need to do, or add... i dont work, so when im not eating (or exercising) or sleeping, im online.. kinda boring... any suggestions, let me know :) |
the loop from home to transportation center then to familia and back home is about 3/4 mile
