I have been having a hard time not pigging out after the gym for like I don't even remember how long. Last night NSV! I had a protien bar and chicken! I was sooo proud! I also made a healthy trip to the store!

instead of fulfilling my PMSing salt craving with a mcdick's double cheeseburger (why would I ever eat these when I'm sane?), I went to the tim's next door and bought a coffee with skim and sweetener! woo for giving in to spending money but saving an inch on my a$$!

i made hot homemade cinnamon apples with fiber one on top instead of baking chocolate chip cookies--(that the baby is craving!)

I stayed on plan all weekend so far, and I have out of town company, and I made them sweetie buns (that is what my kids and DH call them), and bought chips and dip and all kinds of yummy bad for you foods for them, and I made it through one more day.
