Just thought I'd share this as well!! I know soooo many people love
peanut butter (myself included
) and I had to share this- it may not be new to all of you but I LOVE this stuff!
It comes in regular peanut butter and choc. peanut butter (I prefer regular but both are yummy! You can use it as a spread on sandwiches (just add some h2o or mix directly with jelly. It's awesome in oatmeal, plain yogurt, even cottage cheese (I eat very weird food
). I've even made no bake cookies with it, it's a pb lovers dream come true!
So...... the break down:
3 tbs. = 1/2 protein
1.5 tbs. = 1 fat
