Can someone let me know what plan is for who? I did LAWL in 2007 and was 250lbs and was put on the blue plan w/lites. Is this right? I gained weight back since and am now 230lbs, what plan should I be on and if it's anything besides blue can you let me know what the daily food amout intake would be? and how much of protien(in weight). Thanx
