It's late in the evening and you realize that you have a bunch of servings you need to eat. What do you do? Eat them (if you are hungry), Eat them (even if you are NOT hungry), Not eat them (plan better tomorrow).
We have some forum members who have been at this "way of life" for a while. These experts should feel free to add a post that explains why they chose their particular choice. This will help enlighten those of us with no COD to question.
