hi everyone ..... well i have been in a diet since Nov 12 ... really working hard 'doing exercise at lease 4 times a week , some times more, for around 60 to 80 minutes .
This are my WI since DEC 17
Now between the WI of DEC 17 i haven't exercise at all , i have be tracking , but some day not all , the 24 , and 27 i ate whit not worry , but not like before..... those two weeks that haven't put much work on my lose weight journal are the one where more weight i lose
WI #6 -4.0
Today #7 -2.6
For a toatl of 17.8 pouns
It doesn't taste the same .... you know like losing whit out work from working hard and losing .I prefer the working hard lol...
why do you think i lose that much weight when i am not tracking at 100% or doing O exercise
