Question Wheat Germ

I've heard that it helps you cut your food intake in half and that it helps you lose weight. I can't find that good of an explanation on it. Has anybody tried Wheat Germ? What does it really do for your body? Does it taste good after you sprinkle on your food? Have you seen some sort of results with it?

I know nothing about wheat germ except my granola of a father mixed it in my breakfast smoothies when I was little. It added a nice texture, but I don't think it did much else!

Wheat germ is nutritious and may help reduce cholesterol, but there's nothing special about it that helps weight loss. There are so many myths out there that it gets hard to separate them from the truth Each tablespoon has 26 calories, so you'll want to make sure you measure and include it in your daily count.
