LA Express Menu help needed, please!

Hello,

I just ordered the LA Weightloss plan off of eBay this past Friday, but would like to start today. I would appreciate it if someone could send me beginning instructions for the numbered plan (Express Menu). From reading this forum, I believe the express portion is for the first four weeks and the plan would start off with a 2-day "Take Off" (or "Fast Forward').

Although, I have found info on both the TO and FF menu's, I'm not sure which one to use :dizzy:. I also need at least the first week of the "Express Menu" plan. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't know when I'll receive my materials.

Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 248
Gender: Female

Also, should I start exercising now or later?

Thanks! :)

While awaiting a response, I decided to start with the following:

FOR THE DAY:
6 oz. of the same protein
2c. raw GREEN veggies or 1c. cooked
2 Kashi bars (instead of LA Lites)
2 Grapefruit (instead of TO Juice)
no more than 2 6 oz. cups of caffienated coffee

:?: I'm unsure about using the Kashi bars as they have 120 calories, 2g fat, 4g fiber, 5g protein, BUT...24g of carbohydrates! That carb count seems high so I will wait for a response before eating those. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong...thanks!

I would think you would start with the 2 day fast forward, which would be unlimited green veggies (raw or steamed) and unlimited lean proteins. From what I understand the TO you have there is done once you're into the plan for a bit.
I ordered the coloured plans off ebay recently and will be starting in January. Good luck to you!

Thanks for the response Kristenx :carrot:! I was hoping the answer would be the FF plan but wanted to take the conservative approach until I knew which plan to use.

I will follow the directions below...please let me know if this is not the current version of the plan...thanks...

That's the same plan I have...not sure if I have the current one either but my Mom joined LA right before they closed in October and that's the same 2 day start she had so I would think it's the way to go. Did you say you got the numbered plans or the coloured ones? I think the numbered ones have more servings but the servings are smaller? Not too sure...I know my coloured plan a protein is like 6 or 8 oz..which is a lot!

Kristinx 12-29-2008 05:26 PM

Oh and the Kashi bars..they are lower calorie than the lites but also lower protein...I would try to find something better but if you like them and they keep you on plan I can't see the big deal in using them

Thanks again Kristinx! I have more questions, but I'll put them on a fresh link so that people who have already read this thread won't ignore it :dizzy: .
