They rolled out their new program, called Momentum, last week, but it's not a major change. I like the materials a lot -- it all seems now to be helping us figure out how to eat like a normal person
The focus is on eating healthy foods, and not eat whatever you want as long as you don't go over points.
There's another small, cosmetic change that I think is very smart! They give you a book that has all the basic plan information and the food lists -- AND it serves as your check in card. No more standing in line finding the card. It should make checking in easier. There's a slot for the Monthly Pass (something they didn't have 10 years ago; it's a combination of meetings and online tools that, if you use them, is much cheaper). AND the booklet fits into your Daytimer
