The Fat Resistance Diet
Anyone heard of it? Anyone doing it? I started it today, or rather, made the attempt. It is all about healing the inflammation in our bodies, one factor I know is keeping the weight on me. It also talks about leptin resistance and how it keeps you from losing weight. The menus seem pretty straight forward, nothing really exotic, but I am having a time with low blood sugar so have to eat a bit more carbs than it calls for.
Anyone else heard of this book?
