Just curious before anyone started a diet, and after they talked with their doctor, did anyone try a detox or colon cleansing first?
I worry that too many are scams, and not healthy.
I'm sure there is probably a thread on the boards already.

You'll find threads in Does it Work Basically, you won't find support threads here because the industry is a scam. The biggest, most reputable doctors in the world tell us that our bodies naturally cleanse themselves and that detox products are a scam - unnecessary and potentially dangerous. Unless you have some sort of rare medical problem and your MD tells you to, then you do not need this. It's really sad that the industry can allow such misleading products on the market, but I think that's going to change.
