Skinny Cow Question

I am trying to find out how to count the Skinny Cow Mini Fudge Pops in my logging. I have 1 a couple times a week at most.

Here is the nutritional information, can someone help me figure it out? NOTE: The serving size is 2 bars, but I only eat 1 bar, so let me know if you answer my question based on 1 bar or the serving size of 2 bars.

I would think 1.5 would be a starch.
Its low fat, relatively low sugar
Considering Dairy Queen's fudge bar is one starch, I would see this too
