Skinny Cow Question
I am trying to find out how to count the Skinny Cow Mini Fudge Pops in my logging. I have 1 a couple times a week at most.
Here is the nutritional information, can someone help me figure it out? NOTE: The serving size is 2 bars, but I only eat 1 bar, so let me know if you answer my question based on 1 bar or the serving size of 2 bars. Nutritional Information: Serving Size: 2 Bars Calories 100, Calories from Fat 20, Total Fat 2g, Total Fat Percentage 3%, Saturated Fat 1g, Saturated Fat Percentage 5% Trans Fat 0mg Cholesterol 5mg, Cholesterol Percentage 2% Sodium 35mg, Sodium Percentage 1% Total Carbohydrates 19g, Total Carbohydrates Percentage 6% Sugars 7g, Sugar Alcohols 0g Protein 3g Calcium 15% Dietary Fiber 1g Iron 4% Ingredients: skim milk, sugar, corn syrup, cream, cocoa processed with alkali, whey, calcium carbonate, guar gum, natural and artificial flavor, mono and diglycerides, locust bean gum, polysorbate 80, pectin, dextrose |
I would think 1.5 would be a starch.
Its low fat, relatively low sugar Considering Dairy Queen's fudge bar is one starch, I would see this too |
I will ask my centre for you when I go in this week...

Thanks. I'll wait to see what you hear.
