In the thread about take-off it was mentioned to eat lighter proteins after a take off. What would be a good idea for a lunch and a dinner protein for the next day.

After take off it's best to eat "leaner" proteins, and lighter starches. An example of a lean protein would be Chicken and avoid beef. Also, you should lighten up on your starches the day following take-off.
