I did this program in the past with great success loosing around 3-4 pounds a week, however, I didn't continue the maintenance part and gained my weight back. I want to loose again. I need to loose again. I would really like to loose around 48#!!!!!
Any help and support here would be greatly appreciated.
I also just joined. Had been losing fairly well, 40 lbs in about 7 months, but in Feb. the weight just stopped coming off. And with some other things going on in my life and career, actually have GAINED 15 lbs. back on. Once again, I am trying to re-dedicate myself to continue to lose with good diet and exercise. I am trying this as a support to encourage me, and trying to keep a food diary. I hope I can get back on that wagon!......
