I always LOVE finding new things to educate myself on my weight loss JOURNEY... and I just found this new website www.sparkpeople.com, so I wanted to share with all! They have a great motivation portion of the site and this month to month calendar to print out with motivational ideas. It looks great. (3FC is still my #1 though ;) )

I love Sparkpeople too. I stay off the message boards though; I have noticed people just start random threads to earn points. Not many apply to this journey though. For example what's your favorite color? Tell me how that applies to weight loss support; but there is truly a lot of great info out there if you stay away from that.

I'm glad to see that it's no longer taboo to mention that site here (it used to get blanked out - because of some problems with spammers, apparently).

I do love that site, though I don't visit it nearly as often as I do here.

Yeah I noticed the chat didn't look as good!! Plus it'd be too hard to chat there, when I'd rather chat here. :) But it is cool seeing the extra info of course =] WE ALL NEED AS MUCH MOTIVATION AS POSSIBLE! Especially FREE motivation! ha
