Tips for transitioning from low carb to intuitive eating?
I've decided to stop low carbing, and dieting in general, still in attempts to lose weight. I remember my weight began to slowly drop last year when I had unknowingly stopped dieting because I was caught up with other things in life, so I figure that I will reread the book Intuitive Eating and just go with my hunger and eat real foods. No more 100 calorie packs or lean cuisine for me. If I'm going to succeed in the long run, I'm going to have to learn to listen to my body's cues and let my weight just drop naturally instead of going against my body's mechanisms.
I have been low carbing for about a month and a half and I would really appreciate some tips in getting off the wagon. While I'm not going to load up on sugary sodas, candies and cakes all of sudden, I do intend on eating these things when I really want to.
Any advice would be lovely.
