Default Tips for transitioning from low carb to intuitive eating?

I've decided to stop low carbing, and dieting in general, still in attempts to lose weight. I remember my weight began to slowly drop last year when I had unknowingly stopped dieting because I was caught up with other things in life, so I figure that I will reread the book Intuitive Eating and just go with my hunger and eat real foods. No more 100 calorie packs or lean cuisine for me. If I'm going to succeed in the long run, I'm going to have to learn to listen to my body's cues and let my weight just drop naturally instead of going against my body's mechanisms.
I have been low carbing for about a month and a half and I would really appreciate some tips in getting off the wagon. While I'm not going to load up on sugary sodas, candies and cakes all of sudden, I do intend on eating these things when I really want to.
Any advice would be lovely.

You might try to think of things you like as a child or adolescent. I'm always amazed at the things I used to eat before I had a family and cooked more what they liked. Things I liked were fresh tomatoes on toast and tomato soup made with juice and milk. Those were the days I never thought about what I ate. Sure would welcome you to the intuitive eating thread here.

the ww core is based on that and also the volumetric concept&i just restarted &it works for me.

I'm not familiar with Intuitive Eating but I do have a little advice. I recently stopped living South Beach style and returned to eating low-fat, low-calories. In the first 5 days, I lost 5 pounds. Imagine that? I believe most of it was attributed to me being able to workout harder than I could on SBD.

Remember to chose whole grains over other carbs. I even prefer whole grains over fruit, though I eat a piece of fruit most days. Drink plenty fluids and please, if you haven't throw away the diet soda. Also, don't get caught up in eating "diet" foods. Try to eat as wholesome and natural as you can.

I'm practicing IE via Paul McKenna's techniques. 12 days now and I've lost 9 lbs. I will NEVER diet again. I can eat whatever I want and lose like this.

NOTE: I did Atkins right before this. Two months of the diet and I hadn't lost a single pound. Guess lc doesn't work on some. But this does.
