No Sweets, No Snacks, No Seconds except on days that start with S. Funny about the salamanders.

I've never heard of that diet before, but it makes perfect sense, and gives you the weekend to indulge a little. Is there a book, or a club, or do you just go for it on your own?

Hello. The title of the book is NO S and the web site it the same. This is the most sane my eating has ever been, the weight loss is not as fast as I would like, which is to lose 104 pounds in a week!, but it helps with binge eating, boredom eating, emotional eating, over eating, and any other kind of eating you imagine. The web site has all the information on the home page, but the book is very good and helpful. Thanks for answering my post, God BLess.

I think Noodlebean (a regular in the Home Delivery Sub-forum) does No S-Days as a part of her home-delivery plan.
I haven't tried it (and every day of my week is the same, in terms of "work" vs. "days off," so I'm not sure it would work for me, anyway), but it seems like a very cool little trick and I think, if you check Noodlebean's blog, you'll see some comments about her experience both with the No S Plan and whatever delivery service she's on (she changes every few weeks, and reviews 'em all at her blog).

This sounds awesome. Can't you just kick yourself for not coming up with this idea yourself (and printing a book!). I'm going to get a copy of this. Thanks for posting.
