Would half of a tortilla equal one starch like on the colored plans? (I'm on the "old" Gold plan where half of a six inch tortilla counted as one starch)
Or because this is multi grain and the net carbs are 5, would a whole tortilla count as one starch?

    Thanks for any help!
  • Well, generaly speaking a 6 in tortilla is 1 starch, but this is a little bigger than that, it has more fat, but it also has more fiber. You would probably be ok calling is 1 starch
  • I was told by my COD that one starch serving should be max 110 calories. This fits the bill.
