Good morning everyone! I am new to this site and LOVE IT!!!! I purchased Larry North's Great North American slim down program about 10 years ago and had managed to hang on to that little booklet, the 7 day size down, but have lost it in my last move!!! I don't want the audio tape, I just want the eating plan for the 7 days. Would anyone be able to reply with that info? It may be too old for people to still have that booklet, but I would like it without having to spend $70 for the whole program again cause I already have it!! Thanks to anyone who may have this. I appreciate it!!!

Have you tried Half priced books or something similar? I bought his books there waaay back when.
