getting my momentum back??
When i started LAWL in Sept 07, I was frankly surprised at how easy it was to stay OP, actually POP. I maintained that for 10 weeks, and then Thanksgiving came. I slipped a little, got back on plan, slipped more, back on plan, really blew it, etc., etc. How do you get back the excitement and momentum you had when you first started? I have "started over" about 34 times and I am not making any progress.
