hello from a MIA member!!

  • I haven't posted since January but it is time to restart and lose the 10 pounds I've gained since then!! Started back on the program today and I am soooo hungry, I did have 2 teeny cheats but not horrible. Damn this is hard to start I remember STARVING the first 2 weeks last time too. Anyway I hope you all can keep me back on track and get me to the 40 pounds lost again!!

    EDIT TOO ADD: I REALLY would love to lose at least 10 pounds by June 6th, and ideas how??
  • Naomi, Hi again! I imagine that you might see a good drop the first week or two when you go back on plan, but 10 pounds in 2 and a half weeks might be a bit much to expect no matter what you do.

  • well I'd be happy with 5 pounds but I aim high today so far has been good and no cheats, but it's not even lunch yet and my problems are at night.
  • well holy moly!!! I've been back on plan (not perfect sadly) for only 2 days and I'm down 3 pounds exactly!! I hope it lasts!
