Default Newcomers Challenge!

Any newcomers to LAWL that would like to join me in a one month challenge to (a) stay on plan and (b) loose 10 pounds (starting today – April 9)?

With a little support from fellow LA newcomers I am sure we can do it!

When you join post your weight as it was at your last weigh in and May 9th when you post let’s make it 10lbs less

I am a returning member doing it on my own this time.
I am 50+ miles away from the closest center but I know what to do
I believe my starting weight is 175
I am tall 5'3"

I'd like to join. Sounds like a great plan. My weightloss really got slowed down 2 weeks in March when I had family out here that are junk food junkies!

I also am doing this on my own due to my center closing..i restarted last week ...i am also in the memorial day challenge and the POP challenge...why not a 3rd challenge..i need all teh help i can get to stay motivated..had my first WI this morning...i am down 1.5 lbs, not much, but i will take what i get...so, as of today,
I weigh 173.5

I'm in! My personal goal is to maintain the 10lbs loss I've been having for the past 2 months - I hope to get more for my money on my weight loss weeks since I set my goal weight a little higher than I really wanted. I set my goal at 135, but would love to be at 125 by August/September! My current weight is 164 (and I use my scale weight because I weigh in at the center in the evenings and it is always exactly 2lbs more!) So, May 9th I should be 154 (Outta the 60's!!!)

I just started LAWL about 3 weeks ago or so.
