Hi! can someone help me out I was wondering if we can count Angel food Cake as a starch, I know with weight watchers it is a point for a slice of this cake as it is lower in fat.
I was thinking of making this and having strawberries and whip cream for a dessert for mother's day supper... anyone have any advise for me?

Angel Lush Cake
Ingredients:

1 small box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, in juice
1 cup fat-free Cool Whip
1 package angel food cake mix
2 cups sliced strawberries

Preparation:

Bake cake according to package directions. Cool completely. Slice into 3 layers (horizontally).
Mix pudding, pineapple with juice, and whipped topping. Divide into 3 equal parts.
Top each layer of cake with 1 part of pineapple-topping mixture as you put the cake back together. Top with strawberries.

Makes: 12 servings
