I need help!!! Does anyone know the color plans?
 

I was on the LA Weight Loss about 6 months ago but all the centers have closed in my area. I just started and I was on the red plan, I was doing pretty good but now what? I really like this program. Can someone tell me all the color plans and which order, how much weight should you be till you change to the next color, etc?

I just bumped up a thread on the color coded plans. I cannot tell you the weight cut offs, but I am willing to be some others will chime in with what plan they are on and their stats.......or you can look at various signatures......many people post their weight and their plan :) I hope this helps.
