Default My fit day confusion

Maybe there's alreadya post for this but my search option isn't working at the moment...

I just started creating my own ' fit day ' page and i had a question when it came to activities.. When I do workout dvds and whatnot.. for example.. today I did WATP 3 mile. How to I feed this into my fit day journal??

I mostly only do dvds, so I wondering how to program those into the page.

thanks guys!!!

I enter it in as racewalking or Walking, 4.0 mph, level, firm surface, very brisk pace, I'm not so sure, either. Good question, I never thought to ask, maybe someone else will have a better suggestion. It sure feels like I'm burning more calories than what that calculates to.

awesome! thanks. I was putting most of dvds in as Calisthenics in whatever range I think fits. But the walking one for WATP.. duhh! That makes sense to me!

There was a THREAD on this a while back. Most folk used aerobic activity, or walking and some split the time in half and logged both. Do whatever you think fits best, given your activity/participation level.

And - if you have the PC version, you can add a new custom activity.
