Staying on plan gives me something to look forward to at the next weigh in. Also, I feel so much better about myself. I hate that guilty feeling after eating something I shouldn't have.

Because I feel so much better and have more energy when I eat and dink the right things .And also because the clothes are so much cuter in a size 10 than in an 18 .
