I just started LAWL (in Canada) and am on the QuickStart program right now .... I need to know what kind of cheese that I can buy (3 grams of fat or less per ounce) ... any suggestions?
I use Cabot 75% reduced fat cheddar. It's pretty tasty. Here's a quote I found online about it: "Cabot 75% Reduced Fat Cheddar not only boasts less than 3 grams of fat per serving, but nearly half the calories, one-third the cholesterol and more protein than regular cheddar".

I usually use Sorrento cheese sticks (don't recall fat grams off-hand, but was told that 2 reduced fat cheese sticks equal one dairy portion -- and I like these because I can buy them in "bulk" at Sam's Club). I also use 2 reduced fat triangles of Laughing Cow from time to time (also read somewhere that they equal one dairy. Sometimes I spread just one on half a bagel, then have a half dairy available for later).
