Welcome chan!

I use Cabot 75% reduced fat cheddar. It's pretty tasty. Here's a quote I found online about it: "Cabot 75% Reduced Fat Cheddar not only boasts less than 3 grams of fat per serving, but nearly half the calories, one-third the cholesterol and more protein than regular cheddar".

I usually use Sorrento cheese sticks (don't recall fat grams off-hand, but was told that 2 reduced fat cheese sticks equal one dairy portion -- and I like these because I can buy them in "bulk" at Sam's Club). I also use 2 reduced fat triangles of Laughing Cow from time to time (also read somewhere that they equal one dairy. Sometimes I spread just one on half a bagel, then have a half dairy available for later).

You can really use any 2% brand as long as the calories are okay..... for instance:

2 slices FF cheese or 2 slices 2% cheese = 1 dairy
1/4 cup 2% shredded cheese = 1 diary
2 reduced fat string cheese sticks = 1 dairy
2 reduced fat laughing cow cheese wedges = 1 dairy (these are the BOMB!!)
