I might count it like I would a frozen meal... 1 starch and 1 protein for the egg mcmuffin.... It is probably over on the starch and under on the protein, but this is one of my "coping" mechanism for living with limited starch. Of course you are limited to 5 times a week max for using the frozen meals and once a day... and the sodium is often not a good thing (and believe it or not a lot of weight watchers stuff is loaded with sodium???) Like today I had a Healthy Choice Panini thing for lunch, and I counted as a frozen meal... 1 protein and 1 starch.. They may have come up with more restrictive frozen meal guidelines than when I was on the program though...
My personal guide line is that if it is under 350 calories then I can count it as one starch and one protein. If it is over that, then I add additional exchanges in the area that I think it is over on. I've sometimes added a fat to certain things that were like 400 calories. Of course that is just "Barbara's rules" and not anything to do with actual plan guidelines...
