Default Exercise Thread - March 31 - April 6

Hello

I'm fairly new here so I'm not sure if this is something you guys normally do or not but I thought it might be a way of motivating for exercise.

So I guess the set up is the same as the weigh in threads. Post once then edit your posts to add more info or goals or whatever you want to add.

Exercise done:

Monday - 45 mins treadmill and arm weights
Tuesday - 35 mins elyptical machine & leg weights
Wednesday - 45 mins cardio
Thursday - day off
Friday - 30 mins cardio & arms
Saturday - 30 mins cardio & legs
Sunday - 40 min walk outside

I've got high hopes - hopefully this will help me account for my goals.

OK... it occurred to me that I'm being a slacker (not the first time it occurred to me by the way) and this is motivating me to have something to say besides walked to the car to go home.... So tonight I will use the elliptical and tomorrow I definitely going to get up and do the spin class. Monday 5:45AM was just too early and so I slept instead of spun.

So thanks for the motivation. It is easy to let the 5 workouts slip to 4 slip to 3 a week.. and that is a bad trend.

For cardio I usually do the treadmill and/or a combination of treadmill, track, elyptical and bike.
I have been going for 2 weeks and tonight some kind of energy burst kicked in. After I left the gym I felt (and still feel) awesome! I feel wide awake and ready to take on life. Usually I'm sluggish but since exercising I have more energy. So it's true what they say... hmm.

It seems that my attitude about life in general is so much better when I exercise. In view of that, why is it I don't do it more often??? I need to keep that in the front of my mind and think about that every day. And it also seems that when I exercise I'm more likely to stay on plan and not cheat. That in itself is a very good reason for me to start exercising more!!!

Ok, I claim half victory, I did not get on the elliptical last night, but I did make the 5:45 AM hour long spin class and some abs before class too.
The last couple of weeks all I have done is spin class and a bit of abs or arms before class. Although I have been going 4 times a week, so that does add up to some exercise, but this week I skipped a class.. So now I really need to mix it up a bit more..
