Week 1 Jan 18: -3.0 lbs
Week 2 Jan 25: +0.4 lbs. oopsie
Week 3 Feb 1: -3.8 lbs.
Week 4 Feb 8: -2.0 lbs
Week 5 Feb 15: -1.6 lbs.
Week 6 Feb 22: -1.2 lbs Jan losses 6.4 lbs Feb losses 6 lbs
Week 8 March 9: -2.4 lbs
03/03 - 206
03/11 - 207 (not too bad after 4 days off plan in Vegas!)
03/14 - 204.8 (hmm..maybe it helped to up my calories for a bit!)
03/17- 207 (doesn't make sense at all....so frustrated!!)

I'm with everyone else - let's make this our "Fresh Start" month and just have this weight just "melt" off of us - just like the snow!!!!
March 3 - 178.5
March 10 - 179.5 (+1 pound - I'm really struggling to get back OP and stay focused.)

Good morning !
I agree heres to a good month. I had a rough weekend . We had to go out of state for my uncles funeral and I wasn't very good about staying pop.
I didn't eat to much just the wrong things and I am up a half a pound today the first time since October I have went up.
Anyway .We are all going to have a great month and ignore the Easter bunny and all of his yucky baskets that cause our bottoms to bounce as high as he does . Heres to a pretty easter egg and a great month . Everyone have a good week and take care.
