Could someone that is doing LA on line send this recipe in o a dietician and see what it counts for OP? It looks fabulous to me! Of course, any cinnamon roll recipe would! :)

Thanks!

Well, while we're waiting, I'll take a stab at it..

Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup Enova oil
1/4 cup Splenda/sugar blend (The bag says to use 1/2 of what you would normally use for regular sugar)...
3 eggs
dash of Morton's lite salt or NoSalt substitute
1 Tbsp yeast
1/4 cup warm water
2 1/4 cups white flour
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup lite margarine or Smart Balance
1/2 cup Splenda sugar blend for baking
1 cup of raisins

As for the icing? Not sure what you could do..

I think there's a reason why these things aren't on plan in the first place..

Actually, I didn't think they looked too bad except for the fat part (margarine and oil) which I thought might be able to be partially replaced by the controltrim fat replacement I've been wanting to try.

Let's see if anyone is willing to send it in to see what they say A LAWL.

Thanks for the recipe changes!
