The guy in the vids is a trainer...and he's very obviously passionate about wellness and fitness. I think you guys would really enjoy them!!! I hope these help you...or at least maybe answer some questions you have. I liked them, so I thought I'd share!!! I know not everyone agrees with all of this, but I have a pretty extensive science background...and I know a lot of this stuff is pretty accurate.

I have been watching his videos on and off tonight and boy do I like the way he puts things. It just clicks to me personally, my fiance agreed. The pooch one was interesting - I never thought of it that way haha.
