Default Weighing Daily = More Weight Loss Overall?

Not sure if this is the place for it, but I found this article:

http://findarticles.com/p/articles/m...7/ai_n18722527

It explains how weighing daily in studies show those who did lost more weight than those who did not. I thought it was kind of interesting, since I weigh more than daily and keep myself in line via that route.

On the other hand, if you have some sort of emotional tie to the scale, your mental health might be more important to keep than whatever extra pounds you may lose by weighing daily... so it notes that in there too.

But hey, to those who weigh daily like me - woo! What an incentive!

Im weighing daily right now. It keeps me motivated but i have seen my weight increase some days and go alot lower some days. I try not to get upset about what the scales say. I might not weigh daily after a few months of eating right.
Thanks for sharing the article

I also find it more beneficial to weigh daily vs. weekly...since I personally have tendency to cheat or not be as careful if I am not stepping on that darn scale daily.
